Special Event – Golden 1 Center VIP Tour

Join us for a behind-the-scenes VIP tour of the new Golden 1 Center, home of the Sacramento Kings, and a LEED Platinum-certified facility that’s the “greenest” arena in the U.S. The tour will explore the building’s architecture and technology.

Valet parking and self-parking (city-owned garage across the street) are available. (Rates are $30 for valet and $24 for self-parking per night.)

Embassy Suites Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out at 12:00 pm (late check-out requests must be arranged at the time of check-in).  The hotel is a non-smoking property.

Embassy Suites Hotel & Airport Shuttle
The closest airport is the Sacramento International Airport located approximately 12 miles from the hotel.  You can visit their website at for information about ground transportation options.  The hotel offers complimentary airport shuttle that runs every 30 minutes picking up in front of both Terminal A and B.






Registration Information – Pre-Event Ticket Sales Have Closed.  Onsite registration is available.

Registration begins on August 30, 2017, and is open to CMUA member utilities and water agency staff and representatives only.  Registration fee is per person and includes all meeting materials, meals and VIP Tour of Golden 1 Center for attendee only.  Attendee is responsible for all travel-related expenses, ground transportation, and hotel charges.

Guest Registration: Registered attendees may purchase a guest meal ticket for the Wednesday night dinner at Rio City Cafe for $55.00.  Meal ticket purchase does not entitle the guest to attend the summit or any other meal or special events.

Registration fees can be paid by credit card or check.  Cash is not accepted.  Online registration must be received by Friday, October 13, 2017, 5:00 pm.  Registration after October 13, 2017, will be available onsite only and with an increased registration rate of $249.  Payment in full must be received before your registration will be confirmed.

Refund Policy: A full refund will be issued if registration is cancelled by September 23, 2017.  After September 23, 2017, registration will not be refunded but can be transferred to another representative from the same agency.
